OVERVIEW
This highly interactive workshop is targeted at managers with responsibility for human capacity development and at those who supervise and implement training interventions. The theme that runs through the entire workshop will be the use of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) to facilitate institutional strengthening, productivity enhancement and continuous
learning. Delivery methods include mini-lectures, case studies, role-plays and multi-media presentations and hands-on interaction in Computer-based Training (CBT) and e-learning environments.
